Question about ban
If a staff member was online at that moment, and what the guy said was determined as enough for punishment, they will be punished as well. However, if a staff member wasn't online, and you or noone else reported them, they won't be punished.- Saturaxion

Exactly, the only way that comes on my mind is having some kind of software on every user's PC to check if they're banned or not on pikanetwork, but again it's up to developers if they need something like that or not.- Saturaxion
