    No this ain't possible, you can only add extra custom enchants thru Custom Books. If you would like the enchant on the armor, then you should buy a disenchant scroll

    How to mix Costum enchantments in anvil ?

    You cant mix custom enchants in anvils, you can only add new Custom enchants to an item using Enchantment books (by drag & dropping them on the item)
