What does this mean
There's a limited amount of accounts you can register per IP address. If you wish to register a new username, you can unregister an existing account using /unregister after logging in.- thepoisonivyy

It is allowed to make/use your alt accounts at the same time, but the server has set limited amount of accounts you can register in each IP.
