Denied Global Suggestion gold in /wallet

It would be better since there are insane amount of bug and many people losses alot of item and kept asking for the refund in the bug report or on discord community help , this would be a official message which player can show them that they won't get a refund. Hiding the truth won't gonna help...- KillerMS
