My game lags even with good ping

I am not sure why but ever since yesterday, whenever I play on Pika Network (I mainly only play BedWars), everything works properly but for some reason every 5-10 seconds I go backwards and it makes bridging impossible. My ping is regularly at 135-150ms, and on everything else there is no lag at...
