I find it ridiculous that you're criticizing him for not accepting the appeal. They can tell if you used cheats just by looking, so if you were banned for using cheats, you can't claim you didn't. It's best to have video evidence of players using cheats. There should be clemency if they truly repent, and observation; if it happens a second time, it should be a permanent ban.
