Milestone in skymines
Detailed description:
Hello PikaNetwork Staff and Community!
I would like to suggest adding a Block Mining Milestone System to SkyMines, similar to the milestone system in OP Prison.
I think this would be a great addition to Season 12 because SkyMines currently focuses heavily on grinding, upgrading pickaxes, and competing for payouts. Adding milestones would give players more goals to work towards throughout the season, even if they are not at the top of the payout leaderboard.
How would it work?
Players would receive rewards for reaching specific block-mining milestones, starting at 1,000 blocks and going all the way up to 1,000,000 blocks mined.
For example:
- 1,000 blocks: Starter cash reward
- 5,000 blocks: Common key
- 10,000 blocks: Temporary mining boost
- 25,000 blocks: Cash and keys
- 50,000 blocks: Rare key like skin
- 100,000 blocks: Exclusive milestone title
- 250,000 blocks: Special cosmetic reward
- 500,000 blocks: Half a Million milestone title and rewards
- 750,000 blocks: Exclusive pickaxe trail
- 1,000,000 blocks: Unique Millionaire Miner title, exclusive cosmetic, and a special reward
I would like to say that at 1m blocks add a milestones rebirth So people can grind more and make mining more focused
These are just examples, and the staff could adjust the rewards to fit the SkyMines economy.
Why would this be a good addition?
1. More motivation to grind
Players would have smaller goals to achieve while working towards bigger milestones, making mining feel more rewarding.
2. Better experience for solo players
Not everyone can compete for the top payout positions. Milestones would let solo players earn rewards through their own effort and progress.
3. More reasons to play throughout the season
Players would have long-term objectives beyond making money and competing on the leaderboard.
4. Recognition for dedicated grinders
Reaching 500,000 or 1,000,000 blocks is a significant achievement. Unique titles and cosmetics would let players show their dedication.
5. Better progression for new players
Smaller milestones would help beginners feel rewarded early instead of needing to grind for a long time before seeing meaningful progress.
Additional features
- Add a "/milestones" command or a milestones menu.
- Display the next milestone and a progress bar, such as 425,000 / 500,000 blocks.
- Track legitimate blocks mined server-side.
- Make rewards claimable once per milestone per season.
- Reset seasonal milestone progress when a new season begins.
- Keep the best rewards cosmetic-focused so the system does not unbalance payouts.
- Add a special announcement when someone reaches 1,000,000 blocks.
Final thoughts
I believe this would be a great feature for SkyMines Season 12. It would make grinding more enjoyable, give solo players additional goals, and reward players for their dedication even if they do not finish at the top of the payout leaderboard.
Thank you for considering this suggestion!

Reason(s):
1. More motivation to grind: Players have smaller goals to achieve instead of mining endlessly without a clear objective.
2. Rewards solo players: Not everyone can reach the top of the payout leaderboard. Milestones give solo players another way to feel successful.
3. Makes grinding less boring: Unlocking rewards at different stages makes mining feel more exciting and satisfying.
4. Encourages players to keep playing: Players will have long-term goals to work

Why should SkyMines add milestones?
I think adding milestones up to 1 million blocks would make SkyMines much more enjoyable because players would always have a goal to work towards. For example, after reaching 10k blocks, players could unlock a key, then earn better rewards at 50k, 100k, 250k, 500k, and finally 1 million blocks.
This would make grinding less repetitive, reward solo players who cannot always compete for top payouts, and give experienced players new challenges even after maxing out their pickaxes. A progress bar and exclusive rewards, such as titles and cosmetics, would make achievements feel more satisfying. It would also encourage players to stay active throughout the season because there would always be another milestone to reach.
