I think the current guild member limit should be increased. Pika currently only allows around 41 members per guild, which is quite low, especially since not everyone is online at the same time.
For comparison, larger servers such as Hypixel allow guilds to have hundreds of member. Having a larger member capacity would make guilds feel more active and give players more opportunities to build communities.
Another issue is guild leveling. With such a small member limit, gaining enough guild experience can be extremely slow, especially for higher-level guilds. It can take several months or even around a year to reach the next level, depending on the guild's activity.
Increasing the guild member limit would help guilds stay more active and would also make guild progression feel less tedious for established guilds.
