Hello, dear PikaNetwork players.

We are excited to announce a new update for BedWars,
This new update brings you some new features, bug fixes, and quality of life changes!

Changelog​

The most important features, balance changes, and improvements coming with this KitPvP update are listed below.​

New! 2 Rotational Items​

​

Two new rotational items have been added to BedWars, bringing more strategy and new ways to outplay your enemies.​

​

Mine​

The Mine is a golden pressure plate that instantly explodes when a player steps on it.​

It is perfect for placing on bridges, near your bed, or in other areas where enemies may not notice it in time.​

• Deals 4.5 hearts of damage
• Explodes instantly when stepped on

Costs 6 Gold Ingots​

​

Omni-Tool​

The Omni-Tool is a new tool item that automatically changes into the correct tool for the block you are breaking.​

It can rotate between:​

• Iron Pickaxe with Efficiency II
• Iron Axe with Efficiency II
• Shears with Efficiency II

Costs 9 Gold Ingots​

New! Feather Falling Upgrade​

A new permanent Feather Falling upgrade has been added to the Diamond Upgrades shop.​

This upgrade applies Feather Falling to your boots, helping you take less fall damage when fighting, bridging, or escaping from enemies.​

​

Solo & Doubles​

In Solo and Doubles, the upgrade can be purchased in two levels.​

Feather Falling I costs 1 Diamond, while Feather Falling II costs 2 Diamonds.​

​

Quads​

In Quads, the upgrade costs more due to the larger team size.​

Feather Falling I costs 2 Diamonds, while Feather Falling II costs 4 Diamonds.​

New! Party Finder​

A brand new Party Finder has been added to the BedWars lobby, making it much easier to find players for the game mode you want to play.​

​

Find a Party​

You can find the new Party Finder NPC in the lobby and open the Party Finder menu to view parties that are currently looking for players.​

Each party in the menu will show useful information when hovering over it, including the party notes, minimum BedWars level, K/D ratio, and the game mode they want to play.​

​

Create Your Own Party​

You can also create your own BedWars party directly from the menu.​

When creating a party, you can choose requirements for players who want to join, such as a minimum BedWars level, kills, deaths, beds broken, or other statistics.​

You can also select which BedWars game mode your party wants to play, including Doubles and Quadruples​

​

Sort Parties​

The Party Finder menu includes sorting options to help you quickly find the right party.​

You can sort available parties by minimum BedWars level, K/D ratio, game mode, role type, and more.​

New! Profile Statistic​

A new statistic has been added to your profile.​

​

Most Kills in a Game​

You can now view your highest amount of kills achieved in a single game for every BedWars mode.​

This makes it easier to track your best matches and compare your personal records across each mode.​

New! Statistics Reset​

You can now reset your BedWars statistics for 1,000 Gold.​

​

Permanent Reset​

After purchasing a Statistics Reset, all of your BedWars statistics will be permanently set back to 0.​

This cannot be undone, so make sure you are certain before confirming the reset.​

​

Network Level Kept​

Your Network Level will not be reset and stays exactly the same.​

Only your BedWars statistics will be removed.​

Updated! Quick Deposit​

Quick Deposit has been improved with new options to make storing resources faster and easier during matches.​

​

Resource Overview​

After using Quick Deposit, you will now see a message in chat showing the total amount of resources currently stored inside your chest.​

This makes it easier to keep track of your Iron, Gold, Emeralds, and Diamonds without needing to open your storage.​

​

New Deposit Options​

You can now right-click a chest while holding an item to deposit only that specific item into the chest.​

You can also shift-left-click a chest to deposit all items from your inventory, except for your sword.​

Updated! Map Rotation​

This update also brings a brand new map rotation.​

The following maps are now in rotation:​

Updated! Map Selector​

The Map Selector has been updated this update.​

​

Champion Rank Exclusive​

Map Selector can now only be used by players with Champion Rank, giving Champion players an extra benefit when joining BedWars games.​

​

Faster Match Joining​

The joining flow after selecting a map has also been fixed. Games will now fill up faster after players select their preferred map, making it easier to get into matches without waiting as long.​

Updated! Boosters​

Boosters have been updated to make them easier to access during your games.​

​

In-Game Booster Menu​

You can now open the Booster Menu at any time while playing by using /boostermenu.​

This makes it much easier to check your active boosters and manage them without needing to leave your game.​

Updated! Tools​

Tools have been reworked into a new upgrade system.​

Instead of purchasing every tool separately, you can now upgrade your existing pickaxe or axe step by step.​

​

Pickaxe Upgrades​

Start with a Wooden Pickaxe with Efficiency I for 10 Iron, then upgrade it as you progress.​

• Iron Pickaxe with Efficiency II: 10 Iron
• Gold Pickaxe with Efficiency III: 3 Gold
• Diamond Pickaxe with Efficiency III: 6 Gold

The upgrade system can also be managed from the Home menu when you have a pickaxe.​

​

Tool Downgrade on Death​

When you die, your tool will downgrade by one tier instead of being fully removed.​

For example, if you die with a Diamond Pickaxe, you will respawn with a Gold Pickaxe. You can then upgrade it back to Diamond for 6 Gold.​

​

Axe Upgrades​

Axes now follow the same upgrade system.​

• Wooden Axe with Efficiency I: 10 Iron
• Stone Axe with Efficiency I: 10 Iron
• Iron Axe with Efficiency II: 3 Gold
• Diamond Axe with Efficiency III: 6 Gold

Fixed! Bugs​

We've put in a lot of work to polish and fix as many bugs as possible on the BedWars server.​

We carefully reviewed all reported issues and successfully fixed them.​

If you find any bugs with the new release, please report them in the bug reports section on our forums.​

Did you know about bug report rewards?​

You can earn Gold by reporting bugs. We appreciate everyone who takes the time to report issues, so we want to give back to the players who help improve the server.​

Each season, when all reported bugs are fixed, you will receive Gold on your account.​

Misc. Updates & Changes​

Multiple smaller changes have also been made for this season. Some of the most important ones are listed below:​

• Nicknames now also spoof your UUID to make nickname tracker mods useless once again.
• Thank you for the players reporting this issue, and to the players using these type of mods, shame on you!
• Added Enderman Shopkeeper skin.
• Added Bow Kills to web leaderboards.
• Statistic kill messages can now be used regardless of your rank and will no longer reset.
• Added a setting for toggling /msg in BedWars lobbies.
• You can now use , and . in private messages in BedWars lobbies again.
• You can now use /spectate while being in a party.
• You will now be notified when you joined a game if there is a clan member playing in that game.
• Trials are now properly synced between lobbies and games.
• Shortcut command for /bw1, /bw2, /bw4 have been added.
• /rejoin is now available in Private Games.
• Triples no longer shows on Private Games menu.
• You can now join with 26.2.
• ...and much more.
