my laptop is NOT good, it my cpu still spikes to 100% when opening even terminal as i run linux on it

The short version: The Radeon HD 7400M is significantly faster, but neither is capable of handling modern gaming or demanding creative work today.
The Intel Core i7 (2nd Gen) is vastly more powerful than the AMD E-350, regardless of the specific model.
 
i got RTX 3050 the most wrost and hated grapics card of all time.
its trash (nvidia said itshelf)

yes its slightly better
but throu the terrible 8 years years i learnd how to optimise every aspect of the game. so after a clean windows reset i get like 300 fps on cmclient while on bedfight
