Display health on top of opponents head

Detailed description:

Display a players health on top of their head

Reason(s):

It helps in pvp as we can get an idea of when to aggro and when to play defensive also sometimes players get confused about opponents health due to lag this is a way to prevent that its just a small qol update that is not minor in any way

I think it is a really good idea as it would be really easy to for us to see the health of the opponent but that would be disadvantage for the opponent so I think as of now I wont give it any vote.

Hey!
I love your idea. One, because many other servers already have it and two, not there won't be any disadvantages as both the players engaging in combat will be able to see this. This can also help us strategizing our next move and planning what to base upon the health that we or our enemy has.
