Display a players health on top of their head​

Reason(s):

It helps in pvp as we can get an idea of when to aggro and when to play defensive also sometimes players get confused about opponents health due to lag this is a way to prevent that its just a small qol update that is not minor in any way​

I think it is a really good idea as it would be really easy to for us to see the health of the opponent but that would be disadvantage for the opponent so I think as of now I wont give it any vote.
