1. Does your cracked account and premium account have the same IGN and are both connected to pika?
- If so, i think it is possible that it is glitched and thinks you are voting for your cracked account..
2. When did you buy minecraft?
- If less than a day, try giving it around a week....

My Premium Account, is the same name as my Pika Account

Well it's definitely because they are both the same names. Try asking in #assistance-chat in the pikanetwork server - you usually get quick and helpful answers on there by mods.

Just remembered - if I am correct, pika staff can remove his cracked account's UUID from the pika server, allowing him to vote for premium...

That might be the reason,
I first joined the server with a Cracked Account, and later changed my official name to this.
