    -1 I don't think it's that relevant since most guilds have like some sort of requirements with availability so if they see someone being inactive, they'd probably just kick the player from the guild.

    I suggest trying to use a VPN using the country where the server is hosted and then make a VPN blockage appeal HERE so you can join the server without it blocking you.

    If you haven't make a vpn blockage appeal, create one HERE. It usually takes a day or so for it to get accepted but I'd suggest that you wait it out for now.
