Well I think the signs were a bit misleading. As long as the clock powering the farm is disabled you don't need to destroy it because if there's no continuous redstone charge the farms can still be manually activated. -

How could what happen? Someone could easily dispute the payment with PayPal. Not saying that always is the case, but since the risk is there we don't allow it. If someone gets scammed like that, who would be able to help? No one because we don't allow it. So it's better to just make a rule... -

That is true, but that's not the problem. The problem lays with the person paying for the rank and then possibly doing a chargeback. This will result in the player who bought the rank having no rank and the person who sold it being banned; thus you lose your items in the process.
