Global Supporters role
I don't think there is a need to add a special role just for this. One can just ask their questions in community-help channel on discord or anywhere ingame there many people who are willing to help and mostly the information provided by them is correct.- arnav_18

are bots allowed?
Using bot accounts on the server is allowed only if the bots do not cause any issues. They may not spam the chat, cause lag or similar. SOURCE -
