Actually they are not good pvper when they're about to die they use /heal.

They also spawn stuff from creative when no one is looking at them.

And if a good player kill them over and over they just do /ban.

And Arrly uses his super shiny, smooth, buttery bald head as a wepon and it reflects 900% of light enough to one shot his enemies.

Some staffs are actually good with pvping but some are like just playing for fun which is totally understandable
