If you don't have an id just put "I don't have a payment id because i used iron" thats what i did
This happened to me just today and I did the rank upgrade (VIP to Elite) but it didn't work :c

Yeah, I've already made a bug report about it. Maybe the only thing we have to do right now is wait for the staff members to notice it so they could do something about it.

I'm not sure since people from the Discord server said you only can get it with permanent VIP. If you try it and it doesn't work, just try making a payment related question.
