glich: for example aqua has disconnect from game then its show he has bed and if his bed is destroed then also its show 1 alive after disconnect also,so plz fix this i be so confused.
glich no 2:if i leave my island for too long time like 5 mins then i get only 32 iron and 6 gold in other island also

The glich numer 2 isn't a glich its a iron /gold cap it happens to reduce lag and the first request is already suggested and denied coz it will be annoying since players will spam fireballs

1.Well the first one must have already been reported as bug as I've seen many people face that before
2. 32 iron and 6 gold is just the gen cap and increasing that as said above is just gonna end up in fireball spam which is the worst

The first one needs to be fixed, yes.
2) is a feature so there isnt an overload of resources, making the game fairer.
3) slowgens and fastgens can CHANGE the gameplay drastically so it is a big change.

If u don't want 32 iron and 6 gold then buy forge pika have default gen
