I suggest you do not appeal for an un ban because it is only 24 hours and appeals take about 24 hours to get reviewed.

I agree with you, but that looks bad on anyone's history and it makes them look bad but depends if you care or not.

Don't worry i already got unbanned, and yeah i submitted my ban appeal, but i waited the whole 24 hours.
