Login Denied to Server

This morning i wanted to join the server when it said "The ip adress for AlenMC101 has been detected by our anti bot filter.If you believe this is a mistake please make an unban appeal at pikas forum or contact one of our staff members on Discord".I've been playing for about 2-3 weeks,and this is the first time this has happened for me.I don't know what to do.I love this server and I would love to keep playing on this server.I've logged in almost every day the past 2 weeks.
Please if one of the heplers or admins can help me.

Mostly it happens when you play on A vpn . If you are not then send a SS of mc and taskbar at the same time .

It doesn't "mostly happens on a vpn", it actually happens even if you are not using a vpn.
