I was demoted from SuperHero to Guardian pls fix this

I went to warp pvp and I was a SuperHero and left warp pvp and went to spawn and I could not do /fly so I checked my kits and kit guardian was the only one I have proof my faction members know that I was superHero and other people on the server pls fix i really want my rank back.

if you bought the rank or have screenshots of you with the rank thats proof , staff can check that

sometimes there is a slight bug like in survival loads of warlocks lost their rank and only had fighter.

I dont have screenshots but I have my faction members and other people online at the time as proof

IF YOU bought the rank itll be saved into a database of all the transactions so thatll be enough proof(tell me if i have misunderstood something) but just having a friend say it may not be enough proof.
