OP Lifesteal Remove limitations on /combiner

Remove limitations on /combiner​

Detailed description:

When trying to combine 2 pieces of a special set for example
The boots of Vanguard, and the boots of the Seasonal set
It tells you "You cannot combine these special items"

Remove this barrier to let you combine them​

Reason(s):

You are able to combine the pieces of other pieces for example the helmet in an anvil since it doesn't have as many enchants, therefore you can still combine special sets and they still work. However if an armor piece has too many enchants (For example the boots) you cannot combine it as it is "Too expensive"

Since it's OP lifesteal and you can already combine the other pieces it's a nice feature to remove the limit on /combiner to allow you to combine the other pieces.​

/combiner based on anvil but there u have to pay money instead of exp
