Enable Kill Messages​

Detailed description:

As simple as it is just enable the kill message (same as vanilla minecraft, but only if a player kills another player)​

Reason(s):

Heart boosting has become really a serious problem believe it or not so many people does it some get caught many stay unsuspected so if there are kill messages the people who are online can actually see if someone is killing someone again and again and can know if someone is trying to alt farm to get kills/hearts​

It's a good idea but the kill message already exists you can buy it with gold, Your idea will render the kill message which costs gold literally worthless.

I definitely don't mean to make that worthless custom kill message can still exist but i just wanted normal kill messages to be applied on all kills so heart boosting is near to impossible
