First of all, I want to thank @Zapril for suggesting that someone should make a proper money-making guide without using AI. A lot of newer players ask the same questions over and over, and instead of giving short answers in chat, I thought it would be better to just write everything down in one place. This is based on what I’ve personally seen work, not theory. The main gamemodes I play are survival(samurai) and Opprision(hitman) so I am making a thread on this modes..
Survival – How to Actually Build Wealth
1) When you first start, mining is honestly the best move because it gives you immediate cash flow and basic resources at the same time. Selling ores, extra blocks, and mob drops gives you a starting balance that you can actually work with. The mistake many players make is spending that early money on unnecessary stuff instead of investing it into something that keeps producing income.
Tip - Invest the money you get from login streaks and playtime rewards.. Its enough to buy you some diamonds and help you make some tools necessary in early phases..
2) Farms are where the real consistency comes in. Cactus, sugarcane, pumpkins, or even simple crop farms might not look impressive at first, but once you scale them up, they start generating steady money without much effort. The key is expansion.
3) Mob grinders are also underrated. Even basic mob farms can generate stacks of drops that sell well. It may not feel like insane profit instantly, but when you combine farm income, mob drops, and occasional mining sessions, your balance starts climbing steadily. Survival rewards players who build systems, not players who rush that's why its a steady Gamemode just like single player but better..
4) "Another thing people overlook is the player market. Sometimes selling directly to other players through the auction house can make you more than selling to the server shop. Bulk materials, rare drops, or decorative blocks can sell surprisingly well if you price them right. Smart trading can honestly boost your balance faster than grinding alone."- Main source of income of most survival players(the same applies to op life steal)
5) Asking random players for help can also work, just make sure not to frustrate them. Xd....
At the end of the day, Survival money is about stacking small advantages. Mine, farm, trade, reinvest, repeat. If you stay consistent instead of looking for shortcuts, your money builds naturally.
OP Prison – Grinding the Smart Way
1) Prison is more straightforward(compare to survival) but also more strategic. It’s all about efficiency. Mining is the main source of income, so your pickaxe upgrades matter more than anything else. Instead of randomly upgrading enchants, focus on ones that increase sell value or token gain in the long run. Small percentage increases might not seem like much at first, but when you’re mining thousands of blocks, those boosts become massive.
Tip- enchants like greedy help you gain prestiges comparatively faster for ascensions, also mine in the pvp arena(remember not with main armour) to get prestige fast.....
2) Prestiging or ranking up should also be a strategic choice. If it unlocks a better mine or increases earning potential, it’s worth it. If it’s just for progression without improving your money flow, it might not be the best timing. Prison rewards players who plan their upgrades carefully instead of rushing.
3) Boosters and events are also huge. If you have access to any multipliers, use them during focused grind sessions. Don’t activate a boost if you’re going to be distracted or if you're gonna be afk. When you combine efficient enchants, focused mining sessions, and smart token management, your balance increases much faster than casual grinding.
4) Use your autominers well while being afk to earn more presitiges...also buy common pets as they increase token yeilds..(remeber common ones can get much faster)..

Final Thoughts
Both Survival and OP Prison reward consistency more than anything else. There isn’t some hidden trick that instantly makes you rich. It’s about reinvesting early profits, upgrading smartly, and avoiding unnecessary spending.
