Tax Bypass Tickets give players the opportunity to sell items in /ah without any taxes. They can be obtained from seasonal keys or / and lootcrates.

Each Ticket can be used to sell 1 item without taxes.​

So in short,your promoting Tax evasion.... GET HIM IRS (haha ngl i would really love this to be added but its like getting it from ssnl key and using it to save 5 gold...)

I have a mix opinion about this.
Since the implementation of the gold tax in the first place is to prevent the 1 gold items on AH, having such a voucher seems to be a bypass of it, though I doubt if anyone would use the voucher to place such items on the auction house.
To add, having this item is not something that is worth that much, it has a face value of 5 gold only, and I doubt if placing it in the seasonal loot crate is a good idea.

Really useless as one of the main reasons for the gold tax is to avoid people to transfer gold from one ID to other (For example if I wanted to transfer 1k gold in a brand new ID so I can start playing from that ID)
2nd Even if they are added they are pretty much useless since u get them from ssnl crate. which won't offer high chances of giving it so a player with no gold would not be able to obtain the item
3rd It's not that hard to find a bug on bugnetwork , report it and get ur 35 gold
