Hello,

If you would like to use a VPN, you must send an application from the link sent by Your_Death_450. As for the VPN and its lag, it's a myth. VPN doesn't help with lag as your connection has to go through multiple connections to reach the server, its making the connection longer and slower therefore increasing your ping
