You should try to cycle through the Proxy IPs first:
pika.host
proxy001.pikasys.net
proxy002.pikasys.net
proxy003.pikasys.net
proxy004.pikasys.net
There is a VERY slim chance of those fixing it for you, but I have seen a couple players have reported those as fix.
If those don’t fix your problem then you will just have to wait for the developers to fix the issue. There is nothing else to do on your end other than waiting patiently.
