So, i have been playing pikanetwork with my cracked account (mustbezoorah) for long time now and i just purchased an mc account and my username registered in pika was already taken by someone on minecraft.net so i used different username (NotZoorah) to login with premium i logged in into pika with that account and i did it for the first time and it didn't ask for password i dont know if it has to do with my premium account or what but it didnt ask for registering or anything i just straight up logged in i went into lobby 1 of bedwars and talked to my friend ETZJ and told him that i got prem acc and asked him to hopon mmc (any staff can confirm it by checking NotZoorah's logs) and all this happened yesterday and then i logged off and today when in morning i logged in it says to enter a password and i tried everything but none of the password works so seems that someone sniped my account or some stranger used it and registered it, i went pika network discord and asked them about this so they said i couldn't do anything because the rightful owner of that account is the person who logged in first but if that's the case, then i should be the rightful owner of that account if any staff can help me regain my account it would be amazing.. It is my premium account and i can show proof too and i am the rightful owner of that account... Please help any staffs

also the password someone set it to didn't have any emails or anything linked to it so i couldnt even know who logged in to that...

You can try making a support ticket here for some official support.
The only thing I can say about this is probably that someone sniped your account or something. When you log into the server even with a premium account, you are still considered as a cracked player. Unless you do /premium, you still require a password to login on the server. But according to you, the first time you logged in with the premium account it did not require you to register or login... To be honest with you, I don't really know what happened.

Bro what do u mean like please you're the staff do something I have all proofs and as u say someone sniped my account then it's my account right so I should be able to get it back?

Sorry but I'm not a staff member. I just gave my opinion on your situation which may be entirely wrong. The best thing to do right now is to make a support ticket in order to get official support from the staff team. They will help you out directly and since I still don't know what happened, I cannot assure you about anything myself.
Usually when someone forgets their password, they make a password reset request but since you did not set the password and the email, the account basically does not belong to you. Also, you probably aren't a donator on that account making it even harder for you to prove the account ownership.

Hello mustbezorah,

Make a password reset request - no need to worry about your account data as staff will PROBABLY ban it with the reason "compromised" (make a pass reset request and staff will prob unban the account)

Yes if you join with a minecraft.net account you will be registered directly as premium account and if you wanna switch it back to a cracked join hub and type /cracked, same thing for if you are logged with a minecraft.net and it still asks for password join hub and type /premium, but make sure you are connected with an actuall minecraft account not cracked because you will be kicked and to join back you have to join with that username as the official minecraft account.

back to your case, your account must have logged in to pika and typed /cracked so they sets a password and took the account,
create a password reset request and read the guide article about it .
I advise you to link your in game account with an email and a discord account using /email and /linkaccount. because as I can see on your account stats (NotZoorah) you have no email or discord account linked
