Suggestion:
Add a /duels system
Detailed description:
I suggest adding a duel system using the command /duels. In this system, players would be able to 1v1 using their own inventory. The duel arena should be completely fair, with no elytra usage and no ability to place blocks. After a player is killed, a timer of 80-100 seconds should start, allowing the loser to safely collect their items and respawn back at spawn.
Reason(s):
Currently, normal arenas are unfair because players can use elytra to escape when they are low on health. The FPS warp, while having no elytra, is also not ideal because players can get ganked in a 1v4 or 1v5 situation. A dedicated /duels system would solve both of these issues, creating a truly fair 1v1 environment where skill is the only deciding factor. It would provide a reliable way for players to test their PvP skills without any unfair advantages or interference from other players.
Example(s):
- Player A types /duels Player B
- Player B accepts the duel invitation.
- Both players are teleported to a small, private arena.
- The duel begins. No elytra can be used, and no blocks can be placed.
- When Player A kills Player B, a timer starts for 80-100 seconds.
- During this time, Player A can safely collect the items and wait for the timer to end.
- Once the timer is up, Player A is teleported back to the main spawn, with all the items safely.
