Suggestion:
Global Unban

Detailed description:
Suggesting global unban for every user ever banned on PikaNetwork. How would this work? This action would be done by Pika staff. Every banned player ever would get unbanned by this action. Exceptions should be people that has been banned for duping, doxing or if they are blacklisted. People affected by this should be all other ban reasons such as Cheating, Ban Evasion, Discrimination and more. People that are muted temporarily or permanently shouldn't be affected by this action.

Reason(s):
1) Lower players counts than years back. I played Pika years back and to this day, it's clear that players have bene quitting for either getting banned or their friends getting banned. Pika used to peak at 4,000 or so players at a good day and for the past few weeks it has been barely hitting numbers like 3,000 at weekends, not to mention player counts on weekdays.

2) Old players coming back to play. Old players that have maybe been banned would come back to play again. This would mean more players for Pika in general.

3) Alt accounts banned for ban evasion would be available again for their owners to use.

4) Same idea has been executed on Jartex recently and got a lot of attention on the server.

5) Potential for old players. Maybe some hacker from 2020 is now better person and can only be a good thing for the server.

Example(s):
Player <Cxrtex> being unbanned because of X-ray months back, now bought $50 worth of Pika gold to celebrate his permanent punishment being revoked by this action.

That's because it's an IP-ban. Anyone playing in the your region/IP will be punished too. We do this to prevent evasion and there's no alternative to fix it.
Well there is a alternative to fix it, and thats a VPN. Though its hard to do so as you need a connect account to use a VPN.

+1 this could be a great comeback and realization of the mistakes for the players who used to play in 2021

-1,

This would thus take a lot of time for staff members, and we are not Jartex. We are also not looking for an approach like this.

It also doesn't make sense to unban them after they've broken rules. After all, appeals are meant for false punishments; not for second chances.
I personally believe giving second after making them feel regret is the best thing someone can do and the currently banned players are already regretting of breaking any rule which made them permanent ban.
And the reason "take a lot of time for staff members" is like useless if u have become a staff then you have to do your job either it is banning people or unbanning people. Its like you are running away from your job after you only chose that.

I changed my mind, it could actually be fun to see all the players again and playing with more players might be great. So I guess........ +.. nah neutral
Players who still cheat will just get banned again :) Free reports

Also, another reason for this to be accepted is that it has been implemented on jartex aswell and this would just be great for those who just want a second chance
Even though both Pika Network and Jartex Network are owned by CraftiGames, it does not mean that they are the same. JustThiemo has stated that he and Gunfire left the choice up to Arrly, and Arrly declined.

Also, most punishments are not permanent, meaning you do get a second chance. However, if you continue to break the same rule, it shows that you do not care.

I strongly support the idea of an unban wave. Pika has now been running for 11 years, over such a long period of time, many players who were banned in the past have likely learned from their mistakes and matured. Giving them a second chance could allow them to return as better members of the community.

Taking ban evasion for example. Sometimes, it isn’t done with bad intentions sometimes it’s just a case of a sibling or friend playing on the same IP. Because there’s no perfect way to confirm whether it’s truly the same person or not, innocent players might get ending up permanently banned.

That being said, I completely agree that serious offenses like doxing, scamming, duping, or blacklisted people and other very severe offenses where the actions are always intentional that directly harm the server and its community, and they deserve the consequences.

But for old punishments related to chat behavior, minor rule-breaking, or mistakes made years ago, I don’t see any harm in lifting the bans. Many of these players have grown, matured, and would now value the opportunity to come back.

An unban wave would not only give deserving players a fresh start but also a more active and friendly community I believe.

There are so many players who got banned with the reason which stated "Ban hammer has spoken", "Contact ____ on Discord" etc which I think are not valid as they don't state a specific reason for their ban. So yeah, this would be really great, giving them a fair chance to play again.

do you really think pika will unban all players xD

Xd 90% of players on this server are banned and if they get unbanned server will be filled with cheaters again (or maybe they learn from there mistake)

First of all Pika-Network give a chance or temporary ban mostly, and the NPC also send the message to read the rules like in every 5 to 10mins
and It's not even possible to unban a lot of players.

and as far as I know This suggestion already made and denied by Surbate:Here

A global unban will not bring more players, I'm very sure of that. Of even if it does, the increase will be barely noticeable.

If people start comparing all the things which are similar in jartex and pika it’s like the same
