This is normal lately, I did the same thing you did and it took them about a week to respond, so all you have to do is wait and I'm sad about what happened to you :( but be optimistic about getting back again :)

I could not see any support tickets you have made regarding the matter. To add, we do not manually change a player's account status from premium to crack upon request.​
