Suggestion:
Improved Screensharing system

Detailed description:

I suggest adding a new tag in the report section specifically for screen sharing.

This tag would function similarly to how "Accepted" or "Rejected" tags work, but instead of immediately reaching a verdict, it would mark the report as requiring a screen share review by a trained SS staff member.

The process would look like this:

  1. A player submits a report (e.g., suspected cheating).
  2. A staff member reviews the evidence.
  3. If they believe there is strong suspicion but not enough for instant acceptance, they assign the “Screen Share Required” tag.
  4. This will forward the case to the SS verified Staff/Manager, who will handle it.
  5. Depending on the result after SS is conducted, the tag can be updated to either Accepted or Rejected.

This creates a clear, trackable flow for cases that rely on deeper investigation via screensharing.

Reason(s):
  • Currently, many valid cheating reports that require screen sharing are marked “Rejected” simply because no final action could be taken at the time.
  • This will be kind of unhelpful towards dedicated reports since it gets directly rejected.
  • A dedicated integration will be helpful since players who reported can also get to know about it, and it will be more transparent and organized.
  • It ensures that screen share staff are notified systematically and can follow up quickly, rather than relying on scattered messages or being tagged manually, which is again a hassle.
  • Helps track how many screen shares are happening, what types of hacks are trending, etc.

Example(s):
Similar to how the Bugs section has tags like Assigned, Invalid, Valid, Pending, Duplicate, etc., this new tag could be something like:
🖥️ Screen Share Pending”

I’ve attached some tag examples as well (see below or the attached images).

Agreed, adding a "Scanned" or any such tag would be better than denying the report, if the screenshare turns out to be clean, then the report shall get denied, but I feel otherwise they should accept it (if the ss shows the cheats), even though this suggestion is raw, it is a good idea

We already have ways of dealing with reports that do not show enough to ban immediately, but are enough evidence to conduct a screenshare. If a report gets denied, it is not sufficient evidence to be screenshared nor banned for.

This doesn't apply to autoclicker reports though, they always get denied no matter the evidence. (Confirmed by Surbate)

That is true, they should be reported to SS Verified immediately.

I agree that this is not the best way to handle autoclicker reports, but doing it via the forums caused more issues, so it is better keeping it how it is right now than changing it back.

That is true, they should be reported to SS Verified immediately.
Well here is an example:
The suspected player username is 'Tsessebe'. Reportedly we(Ayushmaan07, cruz1257) had planned to take that player to Practice Bedfight. After playing for approximately 30 mins, we suspected that player for having an autoclicker. Then cruz1257 suggested me to record and play. After recording and editing, I immediately Dm'ed BarBarasco with that 8 mins of recording. He assured that he will investigate. We both hoped that our recorded evidence is enough for a screenshare. Many days passed, still not any updates. Eventually the evidence become unvalid because it is older than 7 days.

We cannot do anything about it if they do not log on the server again. They need to be screenshared, and for that the player needs to actually be on the server.

Also, I have already mentioned that I agree the current system is not ideal, but it's the better solution compared to going back to player reports.

Reporting on Discord and forums is similar, just forums could be more transparent to players. Again, there will be a point where staff can respond faster in Discord, but it's just similar on both platforms, unless on Discord, you mass DM that staff.
If the player doesn't log in again, then nothing can be done on Discord either way, but at least on forums player could check their report and know the progress.

I have reported players for screenshare, and it's been a month or so for a few, and I still haven't received any update if ss was performed or not. (They haven't been anything when checked or something, one says refused, but it's from other staff than I reported, and it's older too.)
