Detailed description:

make monthly bedwars tourneys accessable by doing /tourney in bedwars lobby, telepoting the players into brackets games(solos/dous/quads depending on tourney type), and the winner team gets a prize in iron currency(1500-3000).
this will be a monthly event so its not server cpu/ram taking.​

we didnt see a single bedwars event yet...​

This sounds pretty great, a tournament system would add more competition and attract lots of players to Bedwars.

Discords hard to use for a lot of players including me.I get into a vc and my ping is 700-800

I understand that point, but how does that get solved if this suggestion gets implemented? I feel like these are two different 'issues' to begin with

In most tourneys you need to join a vc or something and have discord open to join them.That being said I think there has to be some requirement to join for logistical purposes. IN community hosted ones the requirement is that you have to be involved enough to join and that filters out toddlers and trolls, this system does not do that.
