I voted for titan rank and then I got it today but then after sometime when I logged in Elite Rank is shown, but I just got Titan Rank, and after that I was banned, have posted a forum for that too, but still no reply,plz solve ASAP

you sadly got banned for cheating :(, there is an option in cmclient advanced settings called ClickDelayFix which isnt allowed for pika network(for somereason) its really sad cuz people get banned because of it while they dont know it exists.
ur gonna be unbanned in july 27(im sorry), and next time if u get spotted cheating(even if without knowing) thats a permenant ban.
and for the titan, you may bought a temporary titan rank for mistake
dont try to chargeback cuz thats an instant ip ban.

Temporary Titan ranks do not exist... I think it's just a server issue, that's why you should always record using an important rankup or voucher...

Yea try "/nick off" good call that might solve the problem. Cause in /nick you can customize your rank too and it's set default first when you nick...
Maybe you set it to Elite once...

Tried everything, but u know in others friend list too my name is shown with elite rank only

the only hope you got is to wait for the ban to finish, and then after you go ingame and check that if you got ur titan rank, if you havent got it, then there is theoretically no way to get that rank back, you can either take your risk and ask the staffs again but you have a high chance for getting banned again because you have already asked them.
