Zxga is currently not banned on Pika-Network according to the bans list (https://pika-network.net/bans/search/Zxga/?filter=bans).

He was banned by console this month and that's because the anti-cheat does sometimes give false bans.

He meant in the forums, as you can see @Zxga is currently banned in the forums.
If I'm not wrong the reason should be for multiple forums accounts, but you should ask him for more details.
