Players can interact with this NPC to:

• View limited-time items and cosmetics.
• Exchange winter tokens (earned from events or crates) for cool items.

This can be implemented before Christmas sale.and the new crate example was for op lifesteal crate.

I think @EpicMiner001 there already is a Christmas crate and I do not see the use of the developers implementing this because adding 2 crates at the same time will not make and sense and confuse players
