Why i found my land unclaimed ?

yestrday i login and i found my land unclaimed, and taken by someone else, i rapport it as a bug, but the only replay i get is a cold reply : "is not a bug" without any help, i post because i need help because i take to much time to claim all ressources and buy from player shops what i lost, please i need help on this because that really make me lost my motivation to play in this server me and my friends. and i ask my self if the service is like this how can i have the courage to use my blue card in this website

Well it's not a bug obviously,
It's called Claim Abuse (maybe).

Yeah there is a bug like this but the chances of this happening is rare. You logged on from long time ago?
