Which Recorder?

Which Recorder Should i use for mac right now i am using apowersoft mac screen recorder but when i start the video it goes fast so i need a better recorder for hacks pls anyone tell me which mac recorder i can use that is good >?

When I want to record on Mac I use the in built recorder in QuickTime Player, if you have an old version of mac or want something more professional, IShowU HD may be good. Here a cracked version because who who would pay.
