i recently got muted for spamming due to a chat bug that didnt let me speak in party chat, i appealed this and it got denied for "only invalid punishments are appealable" like i'm sorry but this is like ordering 100 straws online, only getting one then asking for a refund and not getting one because "refunds are only for incorrect products being delivered", pikanetwork staff lately have been so off lately, anyone that has more than 2 braincells knows that if a bug makes someone get muted it should be appealable and i'm not the only one who's been saying this.
