What if when I use name spoofer and spoof my friend name as for example I spoof his name viplayer so I ask him to use a bad word and then chat shows name viplayer : bad word and if I report so viplayer got ban. right?

Staff has the chat logs and they most probably check that before warning/muting anyone, so that will just get you banned for falsifying evidence.
