Weather Changer - New Rotational item
Detailed description:
Weather Changer could be the new rotational item in BedWars as lately there was no new info about them.
Weather Changer would work by changing the weather in game to rain, or thunderstorm.
Rain (50% chance) - occasionaly transforms blocks on the map to ice on the map , making it more interesting when pvp-ing
Thunder (50% chance) - occasionaly shoots lighting from the sky that when they hit a player he takes x amount of damage , when it hits close to a bed defense, or directly on it , it will destroy it just like tnt would.
Cost : 5 Emeralds/15 Gold expensive to stop it from being spammed and overused the whole game

Weather Changer (also could be represented as the clock in Minecraft) should be added to the game as a rotational item to refresh the feeling of a bedwars game.
It was never invented in any of mc servers before , making pika bedwars more unique in a good way.
Rain would really give pvp a new look when fighting against another player and using the ice as an advantage , or being destroyed in a combo all depending on your skill and how players will use it.
Thunder would make the classical rush to another base more exciting as at any point lighting could hit out of the sky to a player bed defense that could help u win the rush.
