we should be able to join survival even if you are not on 1.17​

Detailed description:

people who cant play on 1.17 can join the server and there are many good fps booster mods for 1.16.5 so we can play without lag​

Reason(s):

there are a lot less people on survival due to reasons given above so there are naturally less people in arena and event that random people hold got even boring plz we should be able to play on 1.16.5 alteast to​
