Vortex Axe​

Detailed description:

Delete Vortex Axe , It is too overpowered.​

Reason(s):

Why I Believe that Vortex Axe is overpowered is because of the trait of Regeneration Removal , Pika OpFactions used to be based on kits / normal axes , not axes that has a chance to remove regeneration. People used to be actually skilled to win 1v1's but now it's a matter of LUCK , which is completely insane.​

Example(s):

If I had the best loadout (+20% damage armor) and a normal Op Pyro axe (sharpness 20) and not Vortex axe , and If I fought a guy who has Eternal kits (Protection 17,Unbreaking 11) and a maxed out Vortex axe In what world would I loose that 1v1 . That means that the Vortex Axe is too overpowered. And PvP turned in to a luck based pvp.​

+1 I bealive with axes like that will ruin the pvp meta and will be very unfair against new people
