Denied Factions value increas every 12h

Suggestion:

value increas every 12h​

Detailed description:

As its rn every 24h the value increases for 10% of the maximum value that means it takes 10 days for spawners to be max valueand we cant place the last 3 days and thasts only 30% of the max value and thats almost nothing
We can make the value to increase 10% every 12h or 20% increas every 24h​

Reason(s):

my base got phase and they blowup all the older spawners we lost half of the value - staff give me half of the value back but on voucher and thats nothing it gonna take 10 days to max but map gonna end in 3 days​
