Using Elytra in combat​

Detailed description:

People using Elytra when they are combat locked against new players or players who don't have Elytra​

Reason(s):

It's because they practically hoarded all of the elytras and if they go to warzone they can kill players who don't have an electron it's just completely unreasonable​

Example(s):

Just old players who took all the Elytras they can control the Monopoly of elytras and you can't buy elytras in the shop if you could that would have been better​

disable elytra in combat or make them rare so only stacked players can obtain
