Enable players to attach files and images directly when making a suggestion, instead of using external links.​

Reason(s):

• Links often expire, get deleted, or are blocked.
• Many players don’t bother opening links, so feedback gets ignored.
• Direct uploads make it easier for staff to see screenshots, mockups, and proof instantly.
• It keeps everything in one place and makes suggestions cleaner and more professional.

Players who have been punished can see why they were punished by clicking on link to go to the photo/video evidence, and if we could upload it directly to the forum, staff members will have to re-upload this evidence to imgur or else in order to insert it into the reasons for punishment.
