Update Rules – Screen Share​

Detailed description:

The recent change allowing players to record their own screen during a screenshare wasn’t clearly announced in the rules — it was only mentioned in the changelogs. I think it should be officially added or highlighted under the rules section, so players are fully aware.​

Reason(s):

Many players don’t check changelogs regularly, so adding it directly to the rules would avoid confusion and ensure everyone knows this new permission.​

Example(s):

Under “Screenshare Rules,” it could say something like:

“Players are permitted to record their own screens during an official screenshare for transparency purposes.”

I don't really see a point, it was not explicitly mentioned anywhere that you're not allowed to record the screenshares so adding it now seems a bit strange.

Agreed but if we add this feature more people will start recording the screen share and alot of people say I got false ban in screen share That could solve the issue

Screenshares already get recorded by the staff, the recording is just not made public nor shared with the screenshared player. If you get false banned during a screenshare, that's also visible on the staff's recording

I don’t think this change is really necessary. The rules never said recording wasn’t allowed, so adding it now doesn’t make much difference and might even confuse players. Plus, there’s a chance some players could misuse the recordings or share them in the wrong way, which could create more problems.
