Update Geyser plugin​

Detailed description:

Currently the server is showing an "Outdated Geyser Plugin" error when trying to connect using Bedrock Edition. In previous versions it showed "Not today :(". I would suggest either updating the Geyser plugin to restore Bedrock access, or

if Bedrock support has been permanently discontinued why does it show "Not today :(" and not say that support has been discontinued and why is Geyser on the server at all if it is not working?​

Reason(s):

• The current state causes confusion among Bedrock players.
• Geyser appears to be active, but does not function properly.
• The vague message "Not today :(" and now a version error may lead players to believe it is only temporarily broken.
• If Bedrock support is officially ended, leaving Geyser running serves no purpose and creates false expectations.
• Clear communication would improve transparency and help players understand the server's direction.

Example(s):

• When attempting to join from Bedrock Edition, players first saw "Not today :(" with no explanation.
• Now, after a Minecraft update, they see "Version out of date", which implies Geyser is still present but outdated
