Update Block Hitting & Armor Durability​

Detailed description:

Fix Block-Hitting on Op-factions​

Reduce Armor Durability​

Reason(s):

I noticed that when PvPing in OP-Factions, block-hitting causes lag because swords have a right-click ability. While block-hitting, it keeps spamming the message “You are too tired to use that ability again” which cause players to lag while in pvp.​

Armor durability in PvP currently lasts around 4-6 minutes per set. Since the server is mainly gapple PvP, most players carry 7–8 sets in their inventory. This makes a 1v1 last At least 30 minutes or more​
